English Courses
Improving your English is the important step to success in your new country. BCLAC offers courses for newcomers to Canada whose first language (or mother tongue) is not English. The goal is to improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills to assists with study, work and daily life goals.
Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)
LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) is a national English as a Second Language program for immigrants. It is funded by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) as a primary support for the settlement, adaptation and integration of newcomers into Canada.
