Brooks Community Adult Learning Council (BCALC) is a non-profit organization, which provides a variety of literacy programs for adults. English as a Second Language Instruction Courses for: Immigrants, Refugees, Temporary Foreign Workers, Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizen, Digital Literacy, Foundational Skills Courses and more.
